Default Low noise under hood

I just put a rocker arm assembly that I got from a junkyard off a 91 accord lx with a f22a1 motor and put it in my 93 accord ex that also has a f22a1 motor in it. I torqued down all the screws put everything back on started the car uP and it seemed fine at first then started making a real low noise coming from under the valve cover sorta like clanking like something was rolling around in there any tips what I could do or wat it could be? I'm going to look over it tomorrow when I get the time and check over my work

Why was the rocker replaced?
If there is clicking did you verify that the rockers are within spec adjustment?
You may need to recheck/re-tighten that rocker.

Rocker was replaced because the previous one fell apart from my fathers friend touching my car while I was just simply changing a gasket so I just got another one And yea I planned on checking that tomorrow going over it

Check Torque spec. Check Timing. Check Timing Marks & Alignment.

I dont believe it's torque spec i will double check just in case it sounds more like the rocker arms making the noise idk how though I was told to check valve clearance and adjust it but Ive never done that so most likely I'll have someone else do that. How would it be timing?

How many ft-lbs did you torque the head/camshafts to?

If the Timing marks are off, and a Valve is hitting something incorrectly...piston...

You will wreck the valve, or piston..... throw a rod.... spin a bearing. Score the cylinder wall.

Please don't drive it, until you have a tech look at it.

108 inch pounds on the 10mm and 16ft pounds on the 12mm.

I'm currently not driving the car just let it idle the past month I flushed the motor yesterday the noise stopped for about 15 mins when I did that ima change the oil today to remove the engine flush and see how it is. I'm pretty sure the rocker arms do need adjusting will that adjust the timing marks?
