I was wonderng if anyone could point me directly to what I need and I have searched.. I'm looking for the part that connects the shock to the rest of the car. The LCA is not it.

When an aftermarket air filter replaces the stock air filter housing, resonator chamber, and flow tube the vacuum controls are no longer needed for the chamber.

That should help clarify what vacuum hoses are no longer needed.

 

Ahhhhhhh, I see. The third, bottom of the three should be fine then? That one connects to something. Other than that and the squealing everything under the hood should be good then.

As for your suspension question, the shock/spring assembly are bolted directly to the body at the shock tower.
The lower portion is attached to the lower control arm via the fork.
You can look up diagrams from Majestic Honda.
