Default So Is my car OBD1 or 2 now?

Im putting in a chipped p28 ecu in my 97 Accord. I read through the info but am still confused. Is it OBD1 or 2 now? And what changes can I expect? Will anything not work in my car?

Thanks

Thank you. I now found that out cuz my Ultra gauge does not work. So now, is there anything in my car that wont work? ABS, cruise control? I'm not too sure what the differences with OBD1 and 2 are.

ABS should work fine; you may have trouble diagnosing any future issues with it as far as retrieving DTCs (unless you didn't remove the OBD-II Data Link Connector under the dash).

I would think the cruise control would continue to work, but I'm not sure.

Car will be fine. Pull codes like a obd1 car. Just jump the service connector.read codes.

Friend has a 99 sir and works fine. No obd issues.no abs issues.
