Default Looking for the best alarm

I have a 1997 civic DX, which doesn't come with an alarm system or power locks.
Was wondering what alarm system I should get and other things to secure my car.

-Viper Responder 350 2 Way Alarm
-DEI 520t Back Up Battery
-DEI 507m Tilt Motion Sensor
-DEI 513t Mini Piezo Siren installed hidden
-Ebay Hood Pin

Bought all of the above for right around $200.

@mike:
Thanks, I'll keep it simple and buy the same thing that you bought.

Its all good. Install is the key to any alarm install. There are so many good places to hide a alarm. You have to take the time to do it right.

Same alarm I have.

You should consider getting a bigger battery - ie. a residential alarm battery. I think my unit is around 7Ah, and it can keep the alarm armed for a week, easily (tested this when my car was taken apart for swap).
