3rd gen ecu upgrade

Does anyone know if you can get a b21a1 ecu reprogrammed or upgraded to give the engine more performance.

No its not tuneable.

Let me clarify, the ECU is not tunable, but you can use the more common ECU's that are tunable to replace it.
