S2? Pass.
Don't know what "front/rear trailing arms" is supposed to mean. There are no "front" trailing arms on these cars.
Strut bars? Most are useless unless they are one piece. Why do you need them?

see thats the thing i dont know what i need and what i dont need to make a nice ride, im so new to this. and i meant rear trailing arms. and yes the strut bar i was looking at was 1 piece.
I'd pass on anything and everything from Skunk2. Go with quality, ground control coilovers/ koni yellow shocks, AMR coilovers, Progress, etc... What are you plans for the car? just a daily to beat on or are you gonna take it to the track/auto-x?
Well initially i want to take it to the track, there is a track not too far from where im stationed. and what are some good websites or places to get civic parts from?
Me personally on my 96 hatch i'm running ground control coilovers/koni yellow shocks, front and rear strut bars, rear x bar and an si 13mm rear sway bar with some very sticky yokohamas. It's a daily driver and its very fun to drive. Probably not the most amazing, but canyon carving is EXTREMELY fun and not too much oversteer. Just a little something to give you an idea of what you may want/need, but in the end its all driver preference/individual setup
Craigslist and ebay are decent sources if you look for quality parts and don't buy replica/chinese crap. Weksos Industries, ICB motorsports, password jdm, and the honda-tech market place is a good place to start
