Default 04 Si won't fire. Need help..

I haven't been here in over a year, but I need some assistance from you fine people.

I sold my 04 Si to my brother 2 years ago. It ran flawlessly as ever until just recently. He drove to the gas station about 1/4 mile away for a drink, and when he got back in his car, it wouldn't fire. I pushed it home with a beater truck and checked all the basics. The fuel pump is working; the injectors are working; the plugs are sparking; however, the engine just cranks with no sign of firing. I wanted to pull codes, but the ECU was reset.

Any ideas? CPS? A mechanic tried telling my mother the engine was blown because the timing chain snapped and he would buy it for cheap. ::rolls eyes::

So maybe just your wording but you said it just crank with no sign of firing? Yet you said all the spark plugs have spark? So did you pull each one out and crank it over and see spark? Just checking...

Thanks for the info. I'll look into it.

And yes, it is getting spark in all cylinders.
