K20Z3 gear box into K20A3

Any one knows if a gear box ( 4.78 ratio )from K20Z3 can works well in a EP3 with K20A3 engine???

You need to swap shift mechanisms

Yes it will work, the shorter gear ratios and LSD will really wake up the stock K20A3. You have 2 options to make it work on your EP3.
Swap the guts into a K20A3/A2 trans bellhousing:

Or modify the K20Z3 trans bellhousing to accept the EP3 speed sensor:

You will need the shifter mechanism from a K20A2 trans or modify your EP3 shifter to be able to shift into all 6 gears and reverse for both options, you cannot use the K20Z3 shifter mechanism:
