HELP BATTERY INSTALLED BACKWARDS, turned battery right way no start, changed fuse.

My brother accidentally installed his battery backwards
I came over fixed turned it right ways
80a fuse popped & I changed it, no under dash fuses are popped.
Any ideas? His cars stuck outside his gf's house were tryna get it movin today

have you checked the fuse for the ECU

and dose it get power?
does it turn over ?
lights work ?

Lights work, Is ecu fuse under hood or under steering wheel?

i would look at all fuses and relays to see if you see any burn marks as ive seen this happen before and there is no way of testing a relay but we did find an obviously burned one replaced it and worked
