FS/FT: WEDS TC05 replicas? 16x7 +35

FS/FT: WEDS TC05 replicas? 16x7 +35
I'm not sure what brand these are and I've asked around but no luck. They look like WEDS TC05 replicas with one less spoke. They're also made in the Philippines.
And the lug pattern is NOT 4x100. They don't fit on my integra. I'm about 95% sure they are 4x114.3 since the hub/bolt pattern is slightly larger than 4x100.
They're no bends or cracks on the wheels. They could use a respray (clearcoat seems faded). And tires are completely DEAD.
I'm asking for $130 or trade for some 4x100. Looking for 96' ITR replica wheels (Q8), SW388 reps, or whatever. I'm located in orange county.
