clock wont turn off
Having and issue with a 2000 accord lx. The clock/ air circulation button will turn on and off while the key is out of the ignition. Started to pull fuses under the hood but it will not turn off. Didn't see a fuse box under the dash. What should I check?
fuse 3 is a 7.5a in driver's under dash fuse box.
Did you run DTC test? Turn ign sw to ON. Turn fan sw Off, and the recirc sw to Fresh (recirc indicator goes off). Continue to hold sw until the recirc indicator comes on for 2 seconds then it will blink Diag Trbl Code.

I don't even know what you mean by DTC and SW. I did find the fuses on both sides of the dash. I pulled the clock fuse which is a 7.5 and it turned off. Turned the car on and I am still able to use the circulation button.
Sorry, I don't know anything about these accords just trying to help my sister out.

Im having this problem. My clock will not shut off. Ive been having starting / power issues since last night. My battery died, or I had an open, now it's fine. But my clock doest shut off. I pulled that #3fuse like said above. And nothing happened. Any help will be appreciated

Driver's side under-dash fuse no. 3 doesn't have anything to do with the clock circuit.
But, if there is an issue with the backlight staying on, then you can test the clock wire if you have a voltmeter.
Terminal no. 1 (Yel wire) - clock main power supply (this should only have power/voltage with the ignition in ON or START. With the ignition off, check the Yel wire to see if there is battery power. If there is power on the Yel wire with the ignition switch off, then the problem is either a faulty ignition switch or some other power wire may possibly be touching the Yel wire. With a voltmeter, touch the voltmeter's red lead to the Yel wire and the voltmeter's black lead to body ground (for example, a metal bracket on the car, etc) to test.
Terminal no. 2 (Wht/Yel wire) - hot at all time (constant) for clock and memory. - No need to test this wire for your issue.
Terminal no. 3 (Red/Blk wire) - Lights on (+) signal when combination light switch turned on (this should only have voltage when light switch parking lights or headlights are turned on). With light switch turn off, check to see if there is voltage on the Red/Blk wire.
Terminal no. 4 (Red wire) - Ground (-) source wire from driver's multiplex control unit (mcu); ground source from driver's mcu goes dash light brightness controller (dimmer) which can vary the resistance of the ground to control the brightness.
Terminal no. 5 (Blk wire) - Ground G501 for clock. - No need to test this wire for your issue.
