Default D16a6 issues

Hi guys. I recently bought a 90 hf crx that's been swapped to a d16a6 engine.

It seems to run great and gets 36-40 mpg. But the check engine light comes on after driving for a bit. I also noticed a couple electrical plugs and hose that are disconnected.

It has some cheap looking cold air intake and the stock air filter and box are gone. I was told by a mechanic that The Pcv valve isnt hooked up which is causing an oil leak. Is this true? Should I try to find a stock replacement for the cold air intake?

I tried to take a pic of the plugs that aren't hooked a the hose in hopes that someone could tell me what to do

well one thing that could cause that mpg and the check engine light to go on and off is the oxygen sensors, just my .02

you definitely want to hook up your pcv. its located at the back of the block under the intake manifold. mine came off and started leaking oil onto the exhaust pipe.
