Where is the VSS on a 96 accord LX/auto

Where is the VSS on a 96 accord LX/auto
I can't find the vehicle speed sensor that sends the signal to the ECM for the speedometer. My speedo isn't working either. According to Haynes manual and several parts store it is a square black box with a drive pin but I haven't seen anything like this.
