i am on planing to replace my full size Radiator to Half-size due to limited room to hold the driver side cooling fan. Will that half-size radiator still can share cooling for AC ? or any ways i can modify to keep the AC work ?

It will work. You can put a pusher fan on the a/c condenser or just run one fan like I do. The a/c will not be as cold when you stop, but when the car is moving it will be cold.
