How to bypass the immobilizer and not have a CEL. Please help

First off, I know this has been covered a million times. However, ever time I searched it the same thing popped up in every thread. The OP being pmd how todo it due to theft. Which is cool.
Every one knows the electrical nightmare I have had with 01-0401. Came to find out the OEm ECU had the immobilizer out of it. But its now throwing the code.
Can some one please pm the way to get the cel to go off.

hasn't been covered because people seem to think it actually helps prevent theft with is total BS
