Throwing both codes on a 02 civic si

Checked wiring
checked fuses (underhood 30's and 40's and underdash. #6 and another i forget)
replaced primary o2 with denso oe replacement from k series parts.com

tried to clear cel with removing negative terminal from the battery and taking out the #12 fuse.

Cel comes back about 1 minute after i turn the car back on.

Do i need to take it to a dealer?

 

check your wiring again both at the o2 sensor side as well as the engine harness side. i am willing to bet that it's a corroded or snipped wire somewhere.

i had these codes recently, luckily a new primary o2 solved my code (so far) but i was prepared for all circumstances.
