So I know this isn't the spot for this but it's getting to the point where I don't have many other options.
The fuy seems to really know his stuff and has bped many out here with his stickies. U dont have to be here for long to realize that. Well the guy also sells alarms and does installs as well. I ordered an alarm from him and still haven't gotten it. It's been about a month. I had the car in the shop for a full tick so I figured I would save on labor while the dash was out. So now the guys at the shop are getting mad because they are waiting for it as well, not to mention I don't have a car to drive.
Like I said I know this isn't the place for this. I hope in him seeing this he gets his act together and sends me my alarm so I come back and say how we worked it out.

Your item was reshipped to you as no one at your addy signed for it. And it was returned. I told you sunday that I will get it out monday or tuesday with my other orders. You have to sign for your packages. I do not ship with out it cause I do not want to have people not get there things and I have to cover it or deal with insurance.

 

And depending on who the carrier was you either got 3 chances to arrange for someone to sign for it or you pick it up at the post office. Bad form trying to start a thread like this and not mention your part in the delay. Dislike.

 

first... he never said he was mailing it that way. that someone had to sign for it. second, if the post office comes to drop it off and no one to sign for it is there they leave a note saying that they tried to drop it off but no one was here to sign, anyone who has gotten any number of packages knows this. and thirdly, the post office then says come pick it up at the post office. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. i didnt want to call the guy a liar, but he is.

 

this post HAS served its purpose, he has shipped according to a tracking number. i guess we will see what it is i get when it comes in.

 

You need to talk to your local post office! And I tell everyone they must sign for it. I not going to have a package of that value sitting on your door step. I been burnt twice and never again. And insurance does not cover if you don't. A liar wow. I should post a picture of the box that says return to sender with your addy and name on it. Smh. If this one comes back I am returning money thru paypal. When I talked to you on the phone and your responce.... I did not know I had to be home. I did not even ask you to recover shipping again. I told you it would go out again when I shipp out all other orders.

 

i got the package today. i have sent you a pm. its missing the one way. im just saying... i never got any notice on the door from usps saying it was taken to me, i have always gotten one. if you have have a pic of the box saying returned to sender ill edit the post.

 

its just really frustrating when you dont answer ppls calls, messages, texts, and pms. i understand your busy and all but sheesh

 

The spare remote was shipped out today, Did not know it didn't make it to the new box till I cleaned off the desk. I would post it but I don't have the box and your addy would be blasted on the net. Plus I do not feel like digging thru a industral trash bin since I guess its been tossed out.

I am not going to be bashing back and forth over this useless thread for no reson. I did my job correctly got everything shipped and reshipped as fast as I could. I see no other members on here complaing on anything else that was shipped in the past months. What do I get out of trying to screw you? Nonething. What do I get for trying to help you? This....smh.

 

I don't answer alot of peoples calls. And your time difference is 4 hours. I am not going to be aswering alot of people calls in the next few hours as I have a flight to catch to arizona to tackle a few gps installs.

 

Thanks for making things right and shipping the remote out. Once I get it I'll edit this thread.
