What is the name of the piece at the end of the door latch?

What is the name of the piece at the end of the door latch?
Also, if it has a name, where can I buy only that piece instead of the entire latch. I'd rather not pay 30 dollars since I only need the small plastic piece that broke off which pops on/off the end.
Really, I only need the little blue clip that goes on the end of that 'thing' since that's what broke.

In your thread title or first post, you MUST mention what car you have.
It's called a joint and it only costs a few bucks at the Honda dealer.
