Default how does head flow effect turbo engines

i have a f22a civic makes mid 400s hp runs high 10s in 1/4th. u can read my sig its basic piston rod engine with hx35/40 turbo. i am wanting to take it to the next level sleeved block and built head. i have talked to portflow, the guys there tell me they can get a f22a head to flow 350cfms. he told me it is actualy one of the best heads if i want to spend the money to get it there. so with that said is it worth the money. this is a flow chart of a stock head and p&p head. Portflow tells me bigger valves realy wake this head up.

Increased head flow increases engine VE and will make more power just like it does for any other engine.
