Default best fuel rail and vtec controller

I have a b16a and a fuel rail from a 96 si, should I leave it? And if not what fuek rail is best?

Also I have spoon vtec controller, I set it at 4500rpm I hear it kick in but I don't really feel it.
I think regular vtec kicks at 5800rpm.
So I get a small air boost at 4500 and I can really feel it at 5800. Is the controller not hooked up right or do they just suck in general when you don't have a better cam???

Leave it stock it doesn't add anything but bling.

Get rid of the VTEC controller it does nothing but move the power band, honda put VTEC at a certain RPM for a reason.
