so ive been fixing up my jdm type r trying to get it bard so far had iacv fixed and thought it might be the ecu ended up getting a obd2b ecu my question will the 2b ecu work for 2a motor in this obd1 car? if not does have obd2a p73 for trade for obd2b p73 or will sell the obd2b p73

 

Any info would help also what do I need to get USDM for my jdm motor in order to pass emissions in Cali
