Ok so my car has been acting up lately what happen first was my main relay went bad and i had to replace it, after replacing it that solved a bunch of issues.

d16z6 head with a d15b vtech bottom block manual
redid valves exh 9 int 7

1. car is throwing a cel code 14
2.checked iacv and it seems fine, did a test with battery and it clicks but if i was to unplug the plug that connects to the iacv nothing happens.
3. cel code went away but car will bog very badly to the point where it will just stall.
4. tried 3 iacv and it all does the same im guessing it may be the plug that connects to the iacv but doing a voltage check it shows that voltage is going threw it.
5. have reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery term for about 5-10 mins

 

Replace the PCV valve and clean the FITV.

If the problem persists, adjust the idle speed -- see FAQs sticky.

 

ok so i havent cleaned the PCV yet i will tommrow, so im reading "Idle Issues, IACV Malfunction, Code 14"
ok i have done most of those only thing i have not done yet is take off the manifold and clean all the ports, so i will update tommrow once i take it off and clean it.
