Default B16 stock injectors 8,000 rpm at max duty cycle?

Hey guys, I recently had my B16a1eg tuned on crome. Heads fully built, I expected to get tuned past 8,000 rpm but my tuner said the OEM injectors were maxed out. Well I rode in a friends Type R integra, and that thing will run to 9,000 rpm all day on OEM b-series injectors. Is my tuner not giving me the whole story, what's the deal?

sounds about right... You can try adding a bit of pressure w/ an adjustable regulator to get a bit more flow out of them. Try 60-65 psi base pressure
