Default Recommendations on clutch for setup

Im currently putting together a b20vtec turbo setup. Stock internals with arp headstuds. Going to run a t3 super 60 turbo I ran on my single cam turbo setup. My question is what clutch would fit my needs? I don't a harsh chattering puck clutch, but still want something that will be able to take the power I put down. Recommendations?

A heavy duty pressure plate and organic disc, the Stage 2 or 3 Competition Clutch might suit you. Not sure what power level you are looking for. Stage 3 has 150% increase in torque capacity

There's not much of a price difference within the CC stages 1-5, get a stage 5 so you don't have to worry about it later on. I had a CC stage 5 and street drivablility with it is excellent on it. The ACT HD and xtreme Have harsher engagements and cost more than CC.

stage 5? That sounds extreme. What were your numbers when running this clutch? Im assuming il be close to 300hp but gobs of torque. Any other suggestions on clutches?

It sounds extreme but is very daily friendly. It didn't chatter and didn't have a harsh engagement as other brands that I've tried. I had 430hp and I believe 350tq on the CC stage 5. There are plenty of guys out there dailying on the stage 5. It only gave out on me after a total of like 6000-7000 miles of hard street/fwy abuse, approx 12-15 drag passes, and 3 dyno session. It gave out on 3rd dyno session, but that was tuning on c16, high boost, and by about the 5th full pass. You might think that it didn't last long, but I honestly was surprised that it didn't wear out sooner after what I put it through.

After this clutch I bought an ACT Xtreme rated for 408tq. It only lasted the final tune I needed (4 passes on dyno) and 3 hits at the track, on the 3rd launch I couldn't go into any gear. I pulled it out and disc was toast, pp and flywheel need a good resurfacing. Maybe it didn't last long due to it being rated for 408tq and the car made 440tq or it could've been installation error on my part or the disc was crap to begin with. Who knows? But my verdict is CC stage 5 has my vote.
