Out Of State Title Vehicle Sale ???
Ah, I never knew that, thanks for your input. I'll see what kind of interest and comment's I recieve over a few day's, then I will create a complete listing of everything on the car, need's to be done, etc.
It is actually illegal in Texas to sale a car that isn't in your name. If you don't believe me call your local D.M.V. and ask them. Other than that to get it into your name you'll have to get a blue card from a place that does inspections meaning you'll have to trailer it to them so they can do an inspection and verify the vin number. If you want the registration fees to be lower then you'll have to take the car down and have it appraised as an in-op vehicle and the fees will be lowered. If you wait till you get it running then the D.M.V. will charge you what the car is worth by NADA. It doesn't matter what you paid for it in Texas. Registration fees goes off of the actual value of the vehicle.

You have to get inspected..and you can drive it to and inspection place(if drivable).just get
The paper from them saying inspection passed.and take it to the title/vehicle registration
When you do title transfer.
Oh and if its in operable...I'm sure you can just do a "title only" transfer.but think you have to turn
The plates in.I know tx license plate vehicles you do.
When you get it running, put your insurance, buy a "day only" plate and get inspection, after that can register it.
Might also vary on the regiion of dmv places too.
