Is my ecu bad? no spark no dome lights fuel pump dont kick on already changed main relay
it all started with no spark in the distributor. i ended up just buying a new one but still no spark. so i did research and i noticed that my check engine light does not turn off after a couple seconds when i turn on the ignition and my dome lights wont work, fuel pump not kicking on and the windows arent working either. i changed the main relay so could it be my ecu?? i desperately need to find out whats wrong because i need my car i been outta work ever since please help i gotta fix it??? its a 1995 honda accord ex 2.2 vtec automatic

Windows and dome light not working have nothing to do with the ECU or main relay.
See if you can get a hold of a known working ECU. Does the fuel pump run if you get power to it directly?

Okay first of all, slow down, you have to take this one step at a time. When did you first start having problems? What was the last thing done to the car before the problem started?
Have you tried retrieving the codes from your ECU?
On the 1995 Accord you can retrieve the codes using the paperclip method.

okay the first problem was a missing cylinder. i went to take out the plug and the plug came out but the threads did not. so i ended up having to pull the head and drilling it out and retapping it.we putit back together and had no spark. and the main relay was clicking very loudly so i replaced it. and i replaced the distributor as well. when i tested the wires going to distributor the fuel pump kicks on but not when i turn on the key. the check engine light does not go off when i turn on the ignition.

i dont have a way to get the car somewhere to let them pull codes i dont live close to anything and cant afford to tow it
The paperclip method is a self diagnostic procedure for a car owner to get the codes from the car.

The title says it's for working on a 96, it is the same procedure for a 95.

had the same problem on my wifes 92 lude si turned out to be the acc fuse ...the kid i got it from installed a radio and when to crank the car and nothing he couldnt figure it out and sold the car ...so id check all the fuses and grounds and think about when did this start what changed and why
okay i tried to pull the codes manually using the paperclip method. and for some reason it would not work. i might have gotten one quick blink but i dont think so and my check engine light is really dim and it wont give me codes manually what could cause it to do that
You say that your CEL is dim, is it dim when it flashes when you try to start the car or only when you have the paper clip inserted?
When you put the ignition to position II with the paper clip in the SCS connector. What does the CEL do. Does it shut off or does it stay lit?
If it shuts off then you could very well have an issue with the ECU. If it stay's lit up then there are no stored codes on the ECU.

it is dim always from the moment i turn the key on. whether the paperclip is there or not. when i turn the key on with the paperclip it stays the same the light stays on dim. its just got me beat.
