Can you resurface cross-drill or slotted rotors?

do they resurface them like they do the stock rotors or is there a special tool/ machine or way they do it?

When i asked this mechanic shop he said they don't do it. Maybe they just never done it before, so he didnt know.

as long as you take it to a shop that know's what there doing you should be fine. He probably didn't know that much about cross drilled rotors and thought if he resurfaced them they would break easier. Wich should not be the case.
