Default 3rd Gen Integra - Were there separate 49 State and California Emissions models?

I live in California, but thinking about buying a 2000 Integra from out of state. Were there ever separate California emissions cars or were the emissions equipment the same for all cars regardless? Just want to make sure so I don't run into smog issues here if I decide to buy it. The car is all stock so if there's no differences in emissions equipment then I should be good to go.
