Feeling The Road: Rebound Adjustment
Hey HT,
I apologize if there is thread already( I searched), but no luck.
So I am starting this " Feeling The Road" series.
The Tech:
95 Civic CX Stock Power.
Rear Disc Conversion
AMR Coilover 550/650 8 way rebound adjustable.
So how do you feel the road guys?
What makes you determine how to set your Rebound Adjustment.
What are the technical aspects of making the adjustment.
Are there sacrifices to be made in some conditions?
What are some examples of those conditions?
Thx All

skipping? too stiff
launching into air over bumps? too soft
whatever keeps the tires on the road and with any luck, the majority of the corner weight of the car on the tires. anything besides a perfect track environment will call for sacrifices.
i have to deal with potholes and cobblestone streets, because of that my damping is softer and will roller coaster over dips on the highway.

skipping? over damped
launching into air over dips? underdamped
