Okay, so i hava 1990 civic hatch, its a standerd modle so is it a dx? Im lookingfor a hood for it does it have to be a honda hatch hood? Or will a crx or just a normal civic hood fit? Any help will help a ton! Thanks!

 

Any model newer than the 91 civic won't fit. The headlights and body are more rounded. Any Civic EF body, which is the style you have, will fit from 88-91. The CRX might fit, but I'm not 100% sure. As long as your within the years I put above you should be safe.

 

well i know about newer years idk i drop in by some junk yard and the guy blabed on about how it HAS to be a 90 civic hatch hood, but the way he was telling me this made it look like he didnt want to get off his butt and look at the computer to search for more hondas :s i swear the junk yard people in washington just hate us honda fans,

 

An 88-91 hatch or Crx hood will fit a 88-91 sedan or wagon hood will not

Hatch and CRX hoods are interchangeable. Sedan's hoods are longer so they will not fit on the CRX or hatch. Not sure on the wagon

60100-SH3-030ZZ REPLACE BY 60100-SH0-A01ZZ CRX (SAME AS HATCH)
60100-SH5-020ZZ WAGON
60100-SH4-A02ZZ SEDAN

The wagon and sedan have diff part numbers so must be diff.

I measured my wagon hood and it is aproximately 52.5 inches wide and on the side (the edge beside the fender) 33.5 inches

 

No worries! I just gotta killer deal on a dent free hood even matches my car

tell me about it.... there was srsly 3 other people waiting to get it. luckly i gave the mec. 10 bucks to pull it off befor they took the car to the junk yard. lol
