It just poured rain like there was no tomorrow. Since it stopped I went outside to start my car. Now, it didn't want to start. It would crank over but it would not fire up. I waited for like 1 min then tried again. It cranked up but took like 3 secs worth of cranking.

Also, while cranking I noticed that my speedometer would go to like 100-120mph. This never happened before

By the way, no check engine light illuminated.
