right now i have a 99 EX (complete stock). i j/w if i buy a complete usdm si/gsr engine, wat do i need to do to pass CA SMOG? (so i can state ref). i wanna get a list of things to do. plz help

 

usdm motor with paperwork/receipt
usdmeverything from intake manifold to ecu
all lines have to be connected properly.. state reff' is very picky on everything.. luckily i passed my first time going

 

let say this is a usdm b16 n came with ecu. i just need to swap it in n it should pass smog?

 

u might also need a catconverter or 2 if you are obd2..
just make sure u got everything connected or u will fail no shortcuts either

you can bar jdm motors ive done it and do it for customers if your looking for a usdm b16 my friend has 1 full swap with ecu and harness if you go with a gsr you need the ecu and integra ones have immobilizer i got stoped and sent to the ref with my jdm itr im my 01 integra and passed it with out any problems
