lovefab h22 mini-me turbo exhaust manifold. t3/t4 flanged. 44mm wastegate flange. fresh from the machine shop (Dennis Hawkins at Precision Machine Service). every orifice has been polished and the turbo flange has been ported and polished. not sure what the exact improvements are for the flow as this thing wouldn't fit on the flow bench, but he pulled 13.5% more max exhaust flow out of my h22a head so i'd imagine if there was much power to be made it'd be him to ring it out (216 NA whp with pro 1 cams revving to 8k too). the stock lovefab manifold is very well put together and makes a lot more power than a log mani, but the insides have edges that should be smoothed down in manufacturing. dennis fixed those things with this one.
