Are Porterfield R4-S shoes worth the price?
Are the $100 R4-S brake shoes worth the extra $70+ over parts store shoes?
Car is a CRX DX that'll have plain rotors and Hawk HPS pads up front, stainless brake lines, and maybe a bigger MC.

I know most of the guys who run drum cars seriously say that they work very well and are much more balanced with good front pads. Even most of the autox cars I know of are running them.
