Just wanted to share the results of the new pump gas numbers with my B16A setup and give a shout out to Innovative Motorworks for the help / tune. Here is the basic setup:

Synapse V-Band Top Mount
Precision 6266
ID 1000s / Walbro 255
Victor X IM
Skunk2 Pro-1 Cams

93 Octane on 20lbs:

Figured some of you would be interested in some decent 1.6, stock sleeve / pump gas numbers. Still a couple goals left to hit with the car. Thanks to Innovative for the cam install + awesome tunes as always!

This is definitely the highest HP stock sleeve B16 we have had through here on pump gas, that is for sure!

This car is meticulously put together, we couldn't have ask for a better prepared car!

So how does it idle and whats the driveability like?

What valvetrain you running also?

Nonetheless. Very very nice build

 

Precision 6266SP w/ v-band inlet .82 housing.

Stock sleeve. JE Pistons / Eagle rods. Idle is a tad above 1k rpm. Driveability is great. Crower valvetrain.

any tapping noise from those pistons at start up? I have the same brand pistons and hear some piston slap when I first start it up.
