New timing belt, spark plugs & wires
oil changed every 3000 miles With Mobil One synthetic Or Honda Oil
Radiator flushed
No rumbles or shakes
Good for saving gas or driving to work

I have some 5spd parts if anyone wants to convert it over

Clean interior, No funky smell, small rip in the driver seat bolster
No rear seats. A dog ruined them.

Bads:
Both rear quarter panels has rust .. Can provided new quarters if needed
Passenger fender has a hole. Can provide a new fender
Driver door has a dent, and rust .Can provide a new door.
Car does need Registration and title transfer $80 at DMV Car is from vermont
Car need a Hood.. Cf hood will not go with car
