I'm tuning my car next month with my hondata with 550 cc injectors and the 9 psi pulley. What do you guys think of this. Do you think it will hold together?

my set up is
aem short ram kamikaze header custom magnaflow 2.5'' exhaust, carsound cat, fluidyne radiator,hondata gasket, aem pullies, msd igntion, aem fuel rail,filter, and regulator, (next month getting installed :hondata 550cc injecotors 9 psi, act clutch fidanza flywheel)
then i am going to port and polish my head sometime next year. I am shooting for 275whp. although i'm not really into drag racing.

Talk to Endyn about upgrading the blower, You will be able to run a little more boost without as much heat, plus he can do the head. I would look at getting a bigger thottle body too, You need as much air available to the blower as possible.

i was thinking one day of ugprading pistons to 9:1 arias and sleeving the block and running a 60 shot..... maybe one day but $$ is to tight for that now. What size TB do you recommend and i was talking to DPR about doing my head, not sure though whoever will do the best for the cheapest price.

Going through past post's i came to the conclusion that Endyn blower mods where JRSC snake oil, but I could also not find any posts from people that had had the mods done...
I emailed them (endyn) some questions and they where pretty helpful with there answers, he mentioned that they do some kind of ceraminc (sp?) coating now also.
Speedy - how does the water injection work for ya?
They also replaced the rotors. They do some really good work there. Their piston designs are top notch.

My only concern with the JRSC 9psi set-up is fuel and proper tuning. If you go the Hondata with 550's route....tuned. You should be fine.
And the fact that i have obd2 doesn't help much either

Yes, SMC + 440's is good.... It's equal to the S-AFC + 440's. (It's like using a cheapend Standalone...not great, but good and inexpensive).
Also, before the fuel controllers became popular, people used 290-310 injectors + a more adjustable fmu (like the cartech's) + Aem fuel regulators. That's another proven set-up.
1) 290-310 injectors so you don't run lean.
2) Cartech so you could lower the rise-rate, so not to run too rich, during boost.
3) Aem regulator to lower idle fuel pressures, which can help your car idle and more importantly to save the JR intank from exceeding it's limits.
