Hey guys, I have a 2000 civic si, b16, greddy turbo kit, dsm injectors, walbro 255, obd1 ecu tuned on crome for 10psi. The car started to run rough randomly. I was driving normal (not hitting boost or driving hard) and I came to a stop sign. I started to accelerate and I noticed it was a little laggy, which happens when the a/c is on, but this time the motor didn't pick up. It ran but felt like it was missing, sounds like a subaru. The weird part is I don't have boost either.

I have checked, plugs and wires and they look fine. The plugs aren't wet and there is no exhaust smoke or anything. It does smell like its rich. Also, there is no CEL.... So that's why I'm stumped.
