Was going to check on the condition of it. I loosened the top to bolts no prob. One on under the cap was being stubborn, put some lube on it and let it set for a few mins.
Came back, tried it again, ... POP, it LOOSENED!!! ........ >.>
Kind of, by completely snapping off! What do I do now!? T.T
I suppose I have to take it to a shop and pay gobs for them to get it out?

take the cap off, use some vice grips on whats left and get it out. Other wise your option is to drill it out and tap it, or replace the distributer.

The lower part still seems to be attached, which I thought was weird since the head of the bolt on the bottom bolt snapped off, I figured the lower end would slide right off. Should I just give it a yank and pull it out? I didn't want to force the issue any further considering what had just happened.
What do you mean "tap it" I'm sorry, my auto vernacular isn't up to snuff. :p I always thought tap it was something sexually obscene.
I was intending to replace the cap and rotor in the first place but I thought I'd give it a looksee and this is what happened.
I have a few pliers I can try to yank whatever of the bolt is left in there, hoping it doesn't snap anymore. I will try to get the cap completely off, I'm not sure what was still holding it on considering the top two bolts where off, and the bottom snapped. O_o

just take off the whole distributor so its easyer to work on and then get the cap off. judging by you not know what tap it means you probably shouldnt try and drill it out.
btw tap it means use a tap to clean out or make new threads. a tap looks sorta like a bolt but its got grooves cut in the threads so it can cut out the material. just google tap and die.

Grab a small hammer and a chisel and lightly hit the chisel on the cap. It'll fall off. The gasket is probably melted on there pretty good. A tap is from a tap and die set. It's used to thread holes after theyve been drilled out so you can put a bolt in it.
