Need a radio knob for a '98 Accord
Hello--
It's become my mission in life to find a replacement bass/fade/treble/balance **** for my '98 Accord. I must've knocked the damn thing off and somehow vacuumed it up. With how infrequently I actually vacuum my car, the odds of this happening must've been incredibly remote. Yet here I sit, knobless and knowing that a prospective buyer for my (otherwise nice) car will potentially be even more annoyed by this than I am.
I'm hip to the few parts places I can buy from online, but a little part of me will die if I have to pay $10 for shipping something that can fit in an envelope with 45 cents postage. Yes, of course, there's the "handling" that I need to somehow value, but probably never will.
Anyhow, I'm probably destined to spend more than that amount if I add up the time, effort, gas, and calls to salvage yards, but it's the principal of the thing! I went to the local pull-a-part yesterday and came up completely empty--other than perhaps some tetanus and depression. I even decided to run the family's Trader Joe's errand on the way back home just so that I wouldn't have to think about the gas money I spent in my Quixotic pursuit.
So, I'm taking suggestions and/or mercy gifts, if anybody knows an online source with cheap shipping, or happens to have a spare radio that they don't mind parting out. Here's a photo of the sad little radio, sans ****:

Been down that path too, and they only want to sell the full radio. Which would be great if I planned to lose all the other *****, but I hope to be done with just the one.
