Hi guys,i have a b18c motor abd i was planing to upgrade my throttle and was looking at the blox 72mm but my concern its would it be to big?will i loose some drivability comfort?would the idle suffer?any opinions will be aprecciated

 

What other mods do you have? Spend the money elsewhere.

 

its a basiclly stock jdm itr motor with i/h/e adj cam gears and chrome its just that i goy a good deal on it but i dont know if its to big for my setup, i can buy it for 70$ with the sensors

 

Just because it's a good deal doesn't make it a smart purchase

 

i know that but i just want to know what are the downsides of having a big throttle like that?also i need the tps

 

The larger throttle body will only really help improve the throttle response by letting more air get into the manifold quicker. I would do some research on the different brands because I know some have problems sticking such as the skunk, holley and I believe Blox.

 

If nothing else you could flip it and get something that will benefit you a little more.
