Default 00 Civic EX/D16Y7 swap - EVAP purge solenoid missing

I was recently told that Im missing an evap purge solenoid
and I think its directly related to my occasional cel 90 code

here is a pic of my engine bay

where does it go?

where is the electrical connector for it?

its a 2000 Civic Ex

had a D16Y7 put in

What car (year, trim) was the D16Y7 taken from?

As you can see below, 96-98 Civics have a different EVAP system than 99-00 Civics.

oh man I bought the car the way it is so Im not sure

there are surely some numbers on the block I could trace?
