The wipers on my EX Wagon won't stop unless I fiddle with the wiper stalk. Figuring that this was an issue with the stalk (from on this forum and from a Honda parts guy), I bought a new wiper control stalk unit. Put the new one in, still does the same thing with one exception--I can't fiddle with the control to make the wipers stop!

Some help here would be greatly appreciated. Kinda lost on this one, maybe it's an issue with the wiper motor? Also, the intermittent wiper feature does not work (didn't before either) but everything else does.

 

Make sure you check your ICU (Intregrated control unit). It controls wiper functions among other things. Its the blue box under the wheel in the under dash fush box
