NYS Inspection With 99 Civic Gsr Jdm Swap HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey i was wondering if anyone know how i can get my 99 EK JDM GSR to pass an NY inspection?????????????????????????? Please Help

inspection as in smog? visual?
wat are your main concerns????

Well jdm ecu wont read with an obd2 reader so i tryed a 99-00 si ecu and is say my crack senor is working because jdm motor dont have them..... so im stuck
