wobbling and scraping sound in the rear passenger side
i recently did some work on the car, I replaced all for suspension and the coil springs also did change the rear break drum due to it was making a scraping sound every time i slow down and hit the brakes slowly it still has some very minimal noise.
Now i have this wobbling sound at slow speed around 10-25mph, is this a wheel alignment issue?. i haven't done the wheel alignment since i changed all 4 suspension

i wheel check that one thank you but i just replace the whole hub assembly,
have you encountered this problem before? before i changed the break drum rotor there was a dent on it i have no idea how it happened, i obtained this car from my brother in law who just bought it without knowing the history of the car that part where the noise is looks like it came from an accident

The bearing on that wheel could have brinelling internally, which can cause a whoop sound, tires can also cause sounds very similar to a rough wheel bearing.
Inspect the bearing for looseness, noise, grease leakage, or roughness, replace as needed.
Inspect the tire and make sure you do not have a tire defect, rotate it to a front wheel that has a known good tire and recheck.
Your original scraping sound may be due to a bent spindle as well. If the drum is contacting the backing plate, inspect where, and if it is uneven, you probably have a bent backing plate. Pics will help immensly.
