As stated, I have up to $1500 to spend for a RELIABLE DD for a 17 year old kid. I'm buying this for my brother-in-law. He's starting college in the fall and needs a good, reliable vehicle.

- preferably auto
- easily pass MD state inspection
- no "project" cars
- preferably no salvage titles
