Icon6 All Over the Road

Hey Guys, I got this little problem with this car of Ours. Its a 96 Accord lx, & I bought for $2000. about a year ago.Its pretty clean, sorta low miles & pretty much an ok car. Well the third month the Auto transmission went out,
but I lucked out & found one at Pic nPUll that was still good & swapped it out & it works & shifts great. Anyways while I had it all torn down ,I decided to
put new half shafts, new upper n lower a arms, ball joints, tie rods etc. Pretty much changeout the front suspension.Alright everything smoothe, back together.. Next,I get a new set of tires, take it to a shop & get an alingment job . Alright, Iam thinking Hell Yeah! The cars running great, shifting great, This was a good mission. Well not quite.. The car seems to have a mind of its own now & it likes to float all over the road. I swear if Your behind Me or My girl driving it, Youd think the person was drunk, & we dont even drink! anyways I put 205'on, & replaced the 185's that were on before, do You think that could have anything to do with it? Ive double checkd all the suspension & made sure all was tight & the tire ware is perfect & the car dont pull to either
side,so that tells me the alignment is good. I just cant figure it out, & the car never did this befor I change the trans & the suspension. I Been driving it like
this for 5 months & it gottn a little worse.Any ways does any body got any ideas? Id love to hear them.Iam hopn a cop dnt get on my tail, cause hed probly pull me over & give me a test. like I say, I dont drink, but beleive Me, Iam the LAST person who wants any interaction with any cops, for anything.
Thanks for reading Guys, I hope to hear somthing soon.-

The rear suspension is ok but iam planning on changing out also. Trouble really seems to be coming from the front of the car. Feels as if all wheels are spinning various ways like the front wheels of a grocery cart or a gurney. I know that **** aint possible but thats a pretty good way to decribe how it feels.

Wheel bearings or bushings in the front suspension.

Lower control arm's are about all thats left, you didnt leave out the splined bolt that runs sideways, and attaches knuckle to lower control arm I hope? Raise front end, take off both wheels, and have an assistant turn the wheels. Check for sloppyness in both wheels. You said you had an alignement, so that should rule out tie rod ends being out of adjustment.

If it were wheel bearings, i would suspect you would hear noise, when you turn one way or the other, and it would go away when you turned the other way.

I replaced the lower control arms also & Your right i definately dont think its a wheel bearing issue. I do have extra play in the steering wheel though. Ill raise the front end & check the slop like You said & get back. thanx Tim73
