ef front braking question

Icon2 ef front braking question

ook im sure this may have been talked about but i havnt seen it

im using 92-95 civic ex front arms on my 91 civic bolt on good an ive been driven the car for a while like that but im just bring the car out from sittin an i notice u can see the ball joint is at a bad angle

Am I usen the Wrong Front knuckles was i Supoose to use the 89-91 civic ex ones

Why did you switch for, the upgraded breaks?
If so yea you would need the 90-91.
Have you gotten the alignment on the car after you swapped to the current set up?

well i heard u can use the ex setup up but i think im usen the wrong ones the ones thats on the car rite now are from a 92-95 civic ex i just think im usen the wrong ones tho

i just need to know which front spindels do i need they say to use the 90-91 integra but u have to modifi them

this is why EG/DC knuckles dont work.

take them off.

you can use DA knuckles if you want bigger brakes. theyre not perfect but acceptable.

90-91 EX sedan knuckles use the same brakes as DA but have the same geometry as stock EF.

No modifications necessary.
Just get an alignment right after the install.

ok thansk guys seem like i had it all wrong im sure 90-91 ex seden knuckes are rare to find
~~~ my other option~~ would be 90-91 integra knuckels

ok just got my front an rear braking setup up wanted to knwo show i go ahead an swap iut the front hub bearing since i got them out now

I would, especially if they're from a junkyard. It would save a hassle and give you peace of mind
