IMO, I would prefer the lips to be matching something and not totally off. Like an accent color, for example here's a photoshop of that nice teg.

Purple to match the purples

Yellow/Gold to match the yellows/golds

See it sometimes, not too often. Random colors are whack. Definitely agree with the lip being off colored but coordinating with a smaller color scheme on the car.

 

These days.... if your lip isn't matching to your car, you're doing it wrong.

lol at the subframe without a swaybar, I can't remember where I saw it but some guyhooked up a subframe to his teg and only had a swaybar bolted up with 1 bolt.

 

I'm into SOME of the stanced/stretched tire stuff bc I grew up liking lowriders and VWs before I got into Hondas. I do agree that some of the things going on today is just quite ridiculous like the sticker bombing or the roof racks that have nothing but useless **** on it and not a bike.

 

lmfao! Says who?? its only a problem when ur sideskirts and lip don't match to the rest of the entire car's scheme imo. I never colormatched my lip. looks fine to me. But then again, i dont have my lip painted hotpink/teal either.

 

no it's only for broke *** ricers who cant wait long enough to get their lip painted but they wanna look super jdm so they throw it on anyway and they keep telling themselves that it looks good.

 

The only time it shouldn't match is if its carbon, or just black.
