Default 125 2 Stroke Pulling oil- WHY?!

99 KTM SX, pulling oil from the tranny. I replaced the crank seal on the tranny side. Rode for about 5 min came back and dropped the exhaust and there is tranny oil in the exhaust port. The jug was just re plated and cleaned.

Can anyone direct me as to why this is happening?

Thanks!

You sure it's not just oil from the 2-stroke blend?

100% positive. It doesn't smell like 2 stroke oil and the smoke is white... Lost oil from the tranny in between change and there was oil burned onto the new piston after about 4 hours of riding.
